My love affair with vegetables is revealed here. This passion is what inspired me to leave my artist life in New York City, with a toddler under each arm and Lewis in tow, to move to a little farm in Bucks County, PA. My girls are grown now with memories of eating raw asparagus in the field, selling salad greens at the NYC Greenmarket, 100 chickens, 9 barn cats, 4 dogs, 3 goats, 4 sheep, and 10,000 bees.
