Also known as Jamaican pepper, myrtle pepper, pimenta, or pimento. The pungent aroma and flavor is a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and black pepper. Use in baking, mulled wine, and spiced hot cider. Famous for Jamaican jerk seasoning and Swedish meatballs.
