Anethum graveolens
Dill

An annual herb in the celery family. Feathery leaves with a sweet, grassy flavor. Used throughout Europe and central Asia. Best used fresh. A little goes a long way.

Famous paired with beets in borscht but dill also loves Potato Salad, Egg Salad, and fresh cucumber salads. Add to your Vinaigrettes or stir into Greek-style yogurt. Dill makes a beautiful garnish.
