Gardenia

Gardenia jasminoides
Gardenia

Gardenia blossoms are used to make Jasmine tea. With a sweet flavor and fragrance, they are beautiful crystallized. Use as a decoration for cakes, especially for weddings.

Use for Herbal Teas, Simple Syrups, Cordials, and Flavored Waters. Sometime I'll tell you about Pierre, romantic late evenings sitting in Greek tavernas with the Mediterranean Sea lapping at our feet, and the gardenia flowers.
