Mace

A warm, nutty, lemony flavor similar to but sweeter than nutmeg. The apricot-colored webbing that surrouns each nutmeg is used in spice mixtures and baked goods.

Add as an accent to to apple and berry pies, beets, and sweet potatoes. An ingredient in Thai Massaman Curry Paste.
