Also called Japanese wild parsley, Japanese honewort, or white chervil. The flavor is clean and refreshing with a slightly bitter celery-like taste. The white stems are blanched while they're tender and have a taste similar to coriander.

Use as a garnish for Ramen, Udon, and Onokomiyaki.
