Dried Dill

Anethum graveolens
Dried Dill

An annual herb in the celery family. Feathery leaves with a sweet, grassy flavor. Used throughout Europe and central Asia. Best used fresh but if you are in a pinch a little dried dill goes a long way. Famous paired with beets in borscht but dill also loves Potato Salads, Egg Salads, and cucumbers. Add to your Vinaigrettes, Creamy Vinaigrettes, Dips, or stir into Greek-style yogurt.
