Also called French parsley. A delicate annual herb related to parsley. The flavor is a cross between tarragon and parsley. An ingredient in the French herb mixture Fines Herbes. Use in egg dishes, with spring vegetables, soups, sauces, and Herb & Spice Butters. Add at the last minute to retain chervil's delicate flavor.
