Also called Blue Giant Hyssop. The leaves and flowers are edible with an anise or licorice flavor with a touch of basil or tarragon. The tiny florets can be plucked off and scattered on top of salads, cakes, and desserts to garnish. Freeze florets in ice cubes for adding to beverages.
The leaves dry well, retaining their taste and fragrance.
Use for Herbal Teas, Flavored Honey & Syrup, Simple Syrups, Cordials, and Flavored Waters.
