Alyssum

Also known as Sweet Alyssum. The tiny flower clusters have a honey-like scent and a pungent mustardy taste. The pastel colors range from white through shades of rose, mauve, lilac, and purple. The flowers along with the young leaves, stems, and seed pods can be used to garnish salads, cakes, desserts, and beverages. The flowers can be frozen in ice cubes for exquisite beverages.
