Passion Fruit

Passion-filled fruit! A small, round fruit that can be yellow, red, purple, or green. A juicy center, containing a large number of seeds that are edible, with a unique tropical flavor that blends both sour and sweet and a floral finish. The skin darkens and becomes wrinkly when ripe. Scoop out the pulp to add to smoothies or use in cocktails, sauces, and syrups either with or without the seeds.
