Chefs make high art concoctions with these microgreens. No 3 micro-green sprigs meticulously placed with tweezers here. An over-stuffed salad sandwich with a juicy slice of summer tomato and over-flowing with microgreens is my favorite. So, so, so easy to grow anywhere, although sunlight is easier than a light set-up. Any window will do, just rotate the pot daily as the sprouts reach towards the sun. Rambo Radish is highly recommended.
