Also called Vietnamese coriander, Vietnamese cilantro, hot mint, and Cambodian mint. The flavor is very similar to cilantro with musky notes of citrus and spice. Use young, fresh leaves in place of cilantro or mint. Use in soups, stews, salads, and Summer Rolls.
