Garlic Chives

Also known as Chinese chives, Asian chives, and Chinese leeks. A clump-forming perennial with flat leaves and edible white flowers which are harvested before flowering. The subtle garlic flavor is more vegetal than regular chives and they hold up to cooking.

Use in Korean Pancakes, Summer Rolls, and Stir-Fry.
