More delicate than regular dried marjoram with a less musty aroma. Comes in small bouquets. Crumble the leaves and flower buds from the stems and discard the stems. I love this dried herb, actually it's my favorite after bay leaves. Use in Soups and Stews and Tomato Sauces.
