Dried Bay Leaf

Laurus nobilis
Dried Bay Leaf

Also called Bay laurel. A floral and herbal scent reminiscent of oregano and thyme. Adds a woodsy note to soups and stews. Use either fresh or dried in Homemade Vegetable Broths, Chunky Soups & Stews, or Tomato Sauces. Remove whole leaves before serving or your guests might get an unpleasant surpise.
